Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original condition with all tags attached, ensuring you include the generated return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location or scheduled collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
